Payment information, such as your card type and billing address. As described in Section 5, we do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers; payment card data is collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor.

Communications, such as the contents of messages, service requests, or feedback you send us, including through customer support, email, text message, or online chat.
2.2 Information We Collect Automatically
When you visit our website or use our online booking tools, we and our Service Providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system information, referring and exit pages, and information about your interactions with our website, such as pages viewed and links clicked. We may receive Personal Information about you from third parties, such as a university or housing partner confirming eligibility for delivery at a particular campus, a roommate or designated alternate you have authorized in connection with your Order, or a Service Provider assisting us in providing the Services.

To Provide the Services: To create and maintain your account, process and fulfill your Order, schedule and coordinate pickup and delivery, and provide customer support.

To Verify Eligibility for Campus Services: To confirm, where applicable, your affiliation with a particular campus or residence hall prior to scheduling pickup or delivery of your Items.

To Operate and Improve Our Business: To maintain the security and functionality of our website and Services, to perform internal administrative and accounting functions, and to analyze and improve our Services.

Campus Containers does not sell your Personal Information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we do not share your Personal Information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We work with Service Providers as described in Section 4 solely to operate and fulfill our Services, and those Service Providers are not permitted to use your Personal Information for their own independent marketing purposes.
